Mitch had just had the worst day in school of his whole life. His teacher was a dick and whats worse is he had just gotten suspended for smoking in the Boys bathroom. He looked at his watch, it wasn't even time for fourth period. "Ten 'o clock huh? Guess I'm going home early." He got in his car and went to a store and bought some dark outfits. When confronted by a truancy officer he showed the the slip off suspension and went about his way. He gathered his clothes he had just purchased and placed them in the car. The black on black '79 Ford Mustang Fastback, shined as though it had just come off the show room floor back in the early 80's. When he turned over the engine his baby purred with the power of the BOSS 302 engine he had placed in her. He still had plenty of time to do as he had seen fit so he drove around town looking for something or someone to do.

Evie hasn't been having the greatest of the time. Not since she found out that a certain old gang leader is back. Yeah she had a confrontation with him and it wasn't pretty. So since then, anyone around her would be walking on egg shells since she was stressed enough now to make sure she kept her turf and kept her gang. They were hers and she wasnt going to let some later arrival take it from her. He had his chance and now, there was no second chances at all!

She needed to go get some things. She left the gang on their own for a bit, as she went down to the store to get some drinks, any necessities she may need and a big box of chocolate. She had a hankering for it. Underneath all that tough gang leader stuff, was just another girl. One girl who didnt go to school anymore, high school drop out and definitely didn't go to college. Walking to the nearby liquor store, she walked in and got a six pack of beer, a bunch of cans of Arizona Iced Tea and a big box of chocolate. When she got to the counter, she saw a pack of cigarettes of her favorite brand and had to get them. She grabbed herself a new lighter and purchased it all. Once she had it all in bags, she walked out and headed back towards the gang headquarters, and her home too. But she took her own time, and took out a cigarette and her lighter, lighting it and enjoyed it wonderfully. Now, nothing could make her somewhat better day worse.

He sat there in his fastback waiting for the light to change green. There was a liquor store down the road that he liked to get things from. He knew the owner and the owner knew who he was. He had saved the man's life a few years back when some punk tried to rob him. So he was able to get his stress relief there at. When the light changed he headed for the store somewhat impatiently. When he arrived he walked into the store after turning off his car then closed the door locking it. "Hey Jimmy, time for your lunch break buddy." He said announcing himself. "So what's the news on the turf It'ss looking worse then normal."

Evie was sort of off in her own world right now. Smoking her joint and trying to clear her mind of any ache she may have right now. Stress and what not was really getting to her. She didn't want to lose her turf, or give them any reason to scamper off back to...Mitch. Just the thought or mention of his name, she wanted to puke. She hated his guts but ha to admit he was one hell of a leader. Knew how to get what he wanted.

Jimmy looked at Mitch and smiled. "Yeah he chuckled, as he just threw something at the door to turn the sign to the lunch break side since he was just so skilled and hopped up on his counter. HE looked at him and sighed quietly. "Well rumor has it, Evie's losing her touch. We all know what a threat you are to her and it's taking a toll on her. That's the latest news at least that i know of that my insider's have let me in on."

Mitch's fingers ran through his hair. "God damn that woman. All she need to do is pull back out of my area and I'll be happy." It being that easy was impossible everyone had to fight. He did admire Evie though something about her made him not want to kill her just remove her from his area. "Get the word spread that demons coming back. maybe that should rattle some cages."

"Determined though isn't she? Not willing to give up what is hers she thinks. She is stubborn but she is strong. A tough one to crack that's for sure." He nodded as he picked a pack of ciggarettes from under the counter, is own personal stash adn lit it taking a puff. He then offered it to Mitch if he wanted it. "I will. Promise to spread it actually. Though, it may be difficult for anyone to care. since you left, and Evie's taken control, there's been a lot less killings, a lot less disappearances. So you definitely got your work caught out for you boyo." It was ovious to tell this man was from Ireland. Then came over to the city to run a liquor shop. He knew his liquor most definitely.

"Yeah well I left cause they didn't need me anymore.I'm back and whether or not she likes it she will crack. Even if I have to pick off every one of her members until she does." He walked over to the liquor area of the store and grabbed a six back of Smirnoff "I'm taking this." He said as he walked back towards the door. "See you later jimmy, and don't forget to erase that video tape on the surveillance.

Jimmy chuckled and shook his head. "You go do that. Just remember you always got me." He smiled , watching as the young boy, whom he knew since he came to america and was rather close to, grabbed a six pack. "Enjoy.' He raised his hand in a signal off as he took a puff of his cigarette. "Oh! Mitchy! I thought I'd let you Evie was just here in this very shop. And we all know how she is stressing about how to make sure you don't come near her turf. SHe may be um...lurking around if you want a friendly confrontation. Now don't waste all that liquor." He bid him adew and hopped off the counter, putting the sign back to open and went behind the counter,grabing the tape and pretty much destroying it just like Mitch asked. He put in a new tape and went on about his business.

He pushed his fingers through his hair. "Is that so? I guess i'll go looking for her then." He closed the door before jimmy through anything. He was looking around for where she might have gone but then decided just to walk around. If she was lurking then she would find him. The park was a pretty fun place for people to go smoking. He smiled heading off in that direction as he opened a bottle of his drink.

Evie had walked to the park and sat on a swing. Her groceries she bought was beside her and she just sat on the swing and swung smoking her joint. But of course she didn't go too high. She didn't even go high at all. Her feet still touched the ground, just rolling back and forward. Taking in a big puff, she blew the smoke out, befoe sliding her shoes off and walked around in the sand pit where the swings were. No one was really here, and she just feltl ike such a little girl here. She missed it. It was less stressfull and suddenly she felt like the entire stress load of weight she had on her shoulders, just left!
