| Potentially this site could be shut down over "terms of service" violations; though it seems forumotion likes to turn a blind eye towards adult RP (thankfully!). Still, I would suggest making a back-up web site that people can look at/meet at in case this forum gets closed down. That way if this site disappears we can use the backup site to coordinate and find out where the next site will be located. Here's the url to the rules and a quote from the relevant section: Terms of service: http://www.forumotion.com/en/create-forum/terms-of-service.htm| Quote: | Illicit contents Forums that does welcome or promote warez, piracy, hacking, cracking, spamming, attacks against networks or servers, pornography, racial hatred, crimes against humanity, inappropriate activities on the servers, or any other actions which violate any applicable laws, aren’t allowed. Any forum which contains texts, links, pictures, animations, videos or any other content recognized as illegal will be deleted without notice or warning. Forumotion.com reserves the right to delete any accounts or forums considered like not conform to the rules quoted here or specified in Forumotion.com or in the international website rules according to the international internet law. Any illegal content or act can or would be reported to the concerned services and prosecuted. |

| The following is a excerpt from the forum ToS for when you RESGISTER for the forum. | Quote: | By clicking on " I agree to these terms " below: - You acknowledge to have fully read these current rules; - You commit yourself to respect unreservedly these current rules; - You grant the moderators of this forum the right to delete, move or edit any discussion subject at any moment. You must be 18 years of age (21 in some jurisdictions). By accepting you agree you are of age, and are aware of the sensitive material on the site.
I Agree to these terms
I do not agree to these terms |
NORMALLY when this is mentioned in there the host KNOWS it is adult It is my understanding that buy this message it says it is an ADULT site therefore able to have this content. If it is in the FORUM TOS then they can't do anything and this excerpt is NEVER in a free forum so somebody here is paying for the host. Someone correct me if I'm mistaken please so I KNOW I'm am just presuming. _________________ In darkness there is nothing but in the light there is shadow, so rise from the darkness emerge and consume the light.

I think that the rules of the forum host (forumotion.net in this case) trump the rules of the individual forum. There's been a ton of free forums that suddenly disappear over TOS issues, and the traditional way that they deal with that is by having a back-up website for members to use when their main board is down. |
